Cancelation policy

If a reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, or if a guest fails to show up, the reservation will be considered canceled, and any deposit paid will be forfeited. Infiling work from other salons

If you have lash extensions from another salon, the best approach is to remove them completely before receiving a full set at our studio. However, we can also perform infills from other salons, provided we can confirm the type of lashes used. To facilitate this process, please send us a picture of your current lashes. Infill appointments

To ensure that your eyelash extensions remain looking their best, it is essential to schedule infill appointments every 2-3 weeks. Please note that the maximum interval between appointments is 4 weeks; beyond this timeframe, we will consider your lashes as needing a full set instead of an infill.
